
Peter is passionate about inspirational leadership and personalized development. He has had the opportunity to work globally, assisting organizations to exceed their goals, and to understand the nuances of international teams through his experience in over 20 countries.
Before joining the Global Coaching and Consulting Group he spent a significant number of years with IBM in numerous departments and levels of management. His previous assignment was in IBM Human Resources where he had been a Program Manager and Senior HR Professional. In this capacity he was responsible for helping to develop and facilitate sessions on "Diversity and Inclusive Leadership" as well as "Multicultural Perspectives in Business". Peter was also responsible for the creation and implementation of strategies of Cultural Change in Acquisitions, Performance Coaching, Leadership Competencies and Empowerment. He also developed and delivered virtual classes for remote and matrixed teams.
While working with the State of West Virginia, he was able to help them successfully reach their goals of organizational change as well as implement technology in the classroom. Working with non profit organizations, such as the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, he was able to develop Leadership Competencies and behavioral changes needed to move into the future. Also, working with the executives for Jobs for America's Graduates, he was able to develop a paradigm shift in their strategy.
Peter is a certified Life and Career Coach and earned his Master of Interdisciplinary Studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a major focus on Culture and History. He participated as a panelist at Eastern Michigan University on the topic of Immigration in America. He earned his Bachelor of General Studies degree at Wayne State University as well, which included a field study of the Navajo and Hopi Indians.
