Jack Brown provides leadership development and team building support for global marketing leaders so they can enhance their performance in the global marketplace. By tapping into his extensive background in marketing management and team building, he provides global coaching and consulting to international marketing leaders to help them effectively build their global marketing team in each of the countries where they sell their products or services.

Jack has a unique perspective on the challenges facing marketers as they address their global distribution channel marketing strategies, and their consumer communication initiatives. He understands not only the cultural differences that can be reflected in actions by global marketing team members and consumer, but also the potential risks that exist within the countries where his clients market their products or services. As a result, he is able to help his clients efficiently execute their marketing programs.

Originally from Canada, Jack began his sales and marketing management career with General Foods. Recruited by the Calgon Corporation, he moved to the U.S. to establish and manage their Canadian subsidiary. Subsequently Jack founded the J. Brown Group as part of the Grey Advertising Global Group. His agency created and developed the concept of co-marketing for Fortune 100 companies including: Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Kraft, AT&T and Qualcomm. As the Worldwide Director of Co-Marketing for the Grey Global Group, Jack worked with its international subsidiaries to assist them in the development of co-marketing capabilities and helped them establish the structure and teamwork necessary to execute these programs.

Jack has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Commerce from the University of Alberta in Canada where he is an Adjunct Professor OurRetailBlogs.aspx, and a Masters Degree in International Economic Policy and Management from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). He is a Certified Master Coach, a member of the International Coaching Council, and a certified intercultural facilitator.
