Developing and supporting global leaders & teams
to manage cultural challenges effectively

The Global Coaching and Consulting Group is an executive coaching and consulting firm dedicated to developing and supporting global leaders and their teams with cultural risk management.

We recognize the extraordinary challenges and potential risks businesses face as they manage global tensions on three fronts: the internal corporate issues, the external marketplace challenges and the macro environment in which the company functions.

Our team of associates has a unique blend of knowledge, experience and the credentials necessary to address the leadership challenges and cultural risks our clients confront.

Through our coaching, consulting and training programs, our clients are able to factor in cultural risk management and cultural risk avoidance in their overall global risk management assessment.
